MOPREP Advisory (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality services through our mobile application, MOPREP – UPSC CMS (the “App”). Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued under the following condition:

  • Transaction Failure: If a transaction fails and the payment is deducted from your account without granting access to the subscription services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refunds will not be provided in any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Change of mind
  • Unused portion of the subscription
  • Accidental purchase
  • Subscription renewal charges

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you have experienced a transaction failure and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps within 7 days of the transaction date:

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation if necessary. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days.
  3. Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances other than a transaction failure. This includes but is not limited to:
